About the baker
Chia Yee is an interior designer turned baker. Growing up having bread for breakfast every morning, it was only in 2014 she found a bread recipe and bake herself the very first loaf. She then started experimenting on sourdough baking through various references.
In 2016, she founded Pantree and ran the organic and vegan cafe in a corner of Justlife organic shop in Melaka. She is a Kongsi co-owner and volunteer. She is now an accredited HRDC trainer since July 2015.
