Reshaping Society in the Age of A.I.
28 October 2026 – 1 November 2026
Wednesday to Sunday
Help University, Subang 2
Shah Alam, Selangor,
Malaysia
Our capacity to think independently.
Our ability to feel deeply and connect with others.
Our freedom to choose, to take responsibility, and to act with purpose.
With these intention, we warmly invite you to Applied Anthroposophy Conference Malaysia (AACM) 2026 — “Reshaping Society in the Age of A.I.”
At a time when A.I. is profoundly reshaping individual lives and the fabric of society, “Reshaping Society in the Age of A.I.” emerges as a topic of both urgency and significance. The AACM 2026 seeks to explore pathways for renewing human society through the three fundamental dimensions of thinking, feeling, and willing.
This is not a conference about A.I.. It is an invitation to ask a deeper question: If technology is changing the way we live, work and relate to one another, how should we reshape society itself?
Anthroposophy offers one powerful starting point: the Threefold Social Life. It invites us to recognise three essential spheres of social life:
- Freedom in our cultural and spiritual life — so that human creativity, education and individual development can flourish.
- Equality in our rights and relationships — so that every human being is respected and has an equal voice and dignity.
- Brotherhood and cooperation in economic life — so that the economy serves human needs and the wellbeing of people and the Earth, rather than treating everything simply as a commodity.
In an age where A.I. can increasingly automate, predict and influence human behaviour, these questions become even more important.
- How do we preserve freedom when technology can shape what we think?
- How do we preserve human dignity and equality in a rapidly changing economy?
- And how do we create an economy based on cooperation, trust and responsibility?
AACM brings these questions into practical exploration through talks, workshops, artistic experiences, community initiatives and conversations. It aims to bring together like-minded individuals and communities to meet, connect, collaborate, co-learn and co-create, fostering both individual development and collective well-being.
You don’t need to know anthroposophy to join us.
You only need to be curious about the future and willing to participate in co-creating it.
Come to explore.
Come to connect.
Come to co-create.
The future is not something that simply happens to us. It is something we have the responsibility and the freedom to shape.
AACM 2026 “Reshaping Society in the Age of A.I.” is organized by Kongsi Co-op, with the support of HELP University, in collaboration with like-minded local community organizations.
As a continuation of International Postgraduate Medical Training (IPMT) Malaysia 2013 – 2019 and Kolisko Conference Malaysia 2015, Kongsi Co-op was formed to serve as a platform for applied anthroposophy in the field of associative economics and threefold social life. Its vision is to connect people, soil, and nature in co-creating a harmonious ecosystem through initiatives such as Community-Supported Education (CSE), Community-Supported Agriculture (CSA), and Fund a Land with Kongsi – grounded in associative economics and threefold social life.

A renowed paediatrician, former Head of the Medical Section at the Goetheanum in Switzerland, and an influential global voice in anthroposophic medicine, education, and child development, Dr. Glöckler brings deep insight into what it means to remain fully human in a rapidly changing world. As co-founder of the Alliance for Childhood and ELIANT, and author of numerous publications, she offers a powerful blend of wisdom, warmth, and lived experience.
Her keynote invites participants to explore fresh perspectives on healing, learning, childhood, and human development – sparking reflection, renewed purpose, and meaningful dialogue for the future of our society.
Keynote Session

Welcome Message by Dr. Michaela Glöckler
It is a great pleasure for me to welcome you with these opening remarks as we set out to work together!
At a time of major global challenges – characterized not only by ecological disasters but also by cruel, man-made famines resulting from armed conflicts and seemingly endless, aggressive power struggles over land, money and influence – we wish to set an example by asking ourselves: what does the present moment seek to teach us? What really matters today? What can the individual contribute towards a cultural development that respects human dignity?
Following the First World War, which hit not only Europe but also the Asian cultural sphere hard, Rudolf Steiner (1861-1925), the founder of Anthroposophy, approached the German government and the public with his concept of a social Idea, to prevent future crises and conflicts. He called it the Social Threefolding of Cultural Life. His idea was to transform educational institutions, including universities, into places that facilitate free research and teaching, and to ensure that children and young people can develop freely in accordance with their Innate abilities and potentials and receive the necessary financial support for this.
He believed that the core task of politics was to create the legal framework for this, as well as to promote legislation that aligns economic life with real human needs and the careful use of natural resources.
A healthy economy can only flourish if we come to realize just how much each of us depends on what others are doing and contributing; which is why a spirit of brotherhood is needed in the economic sphere.
On this point, too, Rudolf Steiner provided a fundamental insight into our understanding of ourselves and the world, which will be explored in greater depth in the conference presentations and workshops:
“Know thyself
and you discover the mysteries of the world;
Contemplate the world
and you are discovering the mysteries of the self.”
Our hope is that every participant will return home feeling refreshed and with new ideas for their daily work, and that the encounters and conversations during the conference will help us to progress on our journey, to understand ourselves ever more and make our contributions and work in the present times more effectively.
Michaela Glöckler

Organic Organisational Development
Step into a unique experiential journey where learning emerges not from lectures, but from living inquiry, shared experience, and genuine co-creation. In this workshop, there are no teachers, students, or spectators; every participant is both a contributor and a creator. Through dialogue, fourfold study, interactive exercises, and reflective practice, participants will explore how the anthroposophical understanding of the human being—the physical body, etheric body, astral body, and “I” organization—can illuminate the development of families, teams, organizations, and communities. As these deeper patterns reveal themselves, familiar challenges may be seen in a new light, opening fresh possibilities for collaboration, leadership, and social renewal. More than a workshop, this is an opportunity to experience what becomes possible when individuals come together as a living community, discovering not only how communities grow, but how each person’s unique contribution can strengthen and enrich the whole long after workshop has ended.

When Music Comes Alive Among Us
In this experiential workshop, we will explore lyres, musical instruments, and simple natural objects brought by participants, discovering the unique qualities of each and how they can create sound, rhythm, vibration, or movement. Through attentive listening and sensing, we will explore how individual sounds, rhythms, vibrations, and gestures can meet, respond to one another, and become music together.
The workshop also invites us to experience music beyond hearing through vibration, rhythm, movement, and visual awareness. This helps to open the possibilities for musical encounters with people who are deaf or experience sound differently.

For her, every encounter is unique, and an opportunity to discover something new about herself, about others, and about life.

Encounter with Malaysia Indigenous Culture
In this era of AI and rapid technological change, how can we continue to appreciate, respect, and preserve the cultures that make our homeland unique?
Indigenous culture is one of the beautiful treasures of our country, yet many of us know very little about the communities and traditions that have been part of our shared homeland for generations. This workshop invites participants to explore the diverse cultures within Malaysia, learn from indigenous communities, and reflect on how technology can support the preservation of their stories, knowledge, traditions, and way of life.
More importantly, it is an opportunity to recognise that preserving culture is not about recording the past, it is about keeping living traditions meaningful for future generations.

About the Tutor
With around 10 years of experience as a photographer, Wong Han Choo has spent much of his career observing people, capturing stories, and exploring the world through a lens.
He was inspired by Waldorf education, which introduced him to a different way of understanding learning and helped him appreciate the value of creativity, curiosity, connection, and the development of the whole individual.
His interest in Orang Asli culture and indigenous communities began around 2013, when he joined a group of activists travelling to Baram, Sarawak. At the time, the local indigenous communities were facing plans for a mega dam that would have had a major impact on their land and way of life. The communities were standing up to protect their land and were opposed to the dam project. Through this experience, Wong gradually began to connect with their struggles, culture, and way of life.
This experience continues to shape the way Han Choo sees education, culture, and humanity. He has since brought students to indigenous communities in Sarawak, where they have the opportunity to experience a way of life very different from what they encounter in the city.
Seeing students immerse themselves in these communities, discover new ways of living, and experience things that cannot be found in an urban environment has strengthened his belief in learning beyond the classroom.
