1. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Applicable to Seminars / Workshops / Conferences

  • Participant is required to submit replacement request 14 days prior to the start date of the seminar/workshop/conference. You will receive an email on confirmation of the replacement request within 5 working days.
  • The registered participant is responsible for finding the replacement.
  • In the case a special Refund policy is stated for an event, that policy would supersede the Refund policy information above.
  • Your request replacement is not valid without a confirmation of receipt from the organiser, Koperasi Kongsi Selangor Berhad (202259501974). “No-shows” will not receive any refund.
