1. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Applicable but not limit to Seminars / Workshops / Conferences

• Participant is required to submit request 14 days prior to the start date of the seminar/workshop/conference. We will respond in 7 working days upon receiving the request.
• The registered participant is responsible for finding the replacement.
• In the case a special Refund policy is stated for an event, that policy would supersede the Refund policy information above.
• Your request replacement is not valid without a confirmation of receipt from the organiser, Koperasi Kongsi Selangor Berhad (SKM Reg. No.: 202259501974). “No-shows” will not receive any refund.
