Unfolding Recipes – From Farm to Table
The use of sauces is incredibly versatile. They can bring life to a bowl of salad, enhance the flavour of soups, or add an extra kick to snacks.
In this Farm to Table Cooking Demo with Chef Tai, he will share a great selection of sauce recipes and explore various ways to incorporate them into your dishes. Demonstrating by using organic produce from GK Organic Farm, you will find inspiration to create your own sauces from ingredients grown in your garden.
At the end of the show, you will have the opportunity to enjoy the dishes alongside Chef Tai, so be sure to ask him more about his cooking philosophy and story!

He persist in working on GK organic farm more than a decade, for cooking every colourful and delicious meals by using the seasonal fruits, vegetables, herbs and flowers. Everyone is amazed at how delicious organic meal can be. These days, Mr Tai has been receiving numerous requests from people who interested in learning vegetarian cooking. Mr Tai will held a cooking class in Kuala Lumpur, cooking and sharing each dishes he make on the spot.

Meet the chef:
Tai Lee Shyong was a cruise ship chef for more than 15 years and has been involved in GK Organic Farming for 16 years since he return to Malaysia in 2007. During that time, he founded Tai’s Choice Kitchen. With the brand and concept of Tai’s Choice, his intention is to share organic food and delicious plant-based cooking with the public.
