Dear fermenters, this is your chance to upscale and propel your tempeh business!
Since the inception of Rasamasa in 2020, we have been seeking out various ways to revive and share about the traditional culture of fermentation, because we believe that it is one of the effective ways to connect people with healthy food for self development. Moreover we saw the opportunity of turning the things we love doing into ethical and creative businesses that brings joy to the community. We have since for the past 3 years connected and conducted 4 tempeh ecoprenuer business trainings with this intention. And this round we hope we can support you even better with the help of Kongsi Academy and the diverse and passionate tutors.
The whole course includes the main contribution by Pak Agus and Ibu Dwi, founders of Agus’ Tempe. They are expert tempeh fermenters being in the business since 2012 and their teaching method in fermenting tempeh is as convenient, localized and as eco-conscious as it can be. This is what we love about the power duo. They started their business out of the intention to help the small-scale local farmers in Indonesia turn their local legumes into a prospering business, directly creating many jobs and supported many livelihoods in the process. And it is their wish too to share with more people. That is why we are proud to have them come all the way from Indonesia to share their many years of experience and insights in business creation.
