Rejuvelac is a drink made from sprouted wheat berries, and other grains. This super fermented drink was created by Dr Ann Wigmore, a holistic health practitioner and naturopath advocate.
Rejuvelac is loaded with healthy probiotics, vitamins, and minerals.
In this workshop, you will learn everything you need to know about how to make rejuvelac, and how to use it in our daily life to improve our health.
About Tutor:
Renee began her journey with medicinal plants in 2008 when she attended the Kuala Lumpur Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine. She dived into the profoundness of the subject and has been dedicated to the cultivation and promotion of the knowledge. Later further establishing Reneeshop88 to promote and sell organic farming and local medicinal plants. She is also actively promoting the making and use of eco-enzymes to encourage sustainable practices.

小文Renee老师是一位热衷于本地生草药的种植与推广，拥有多年的经验和热情，致力于推广和传承本土的生草药。她的草药之旅始于2008年参与吉隆坡中医学院的生草药基础课程。自那时起，她开始探索本地生草药的奥秘，并积极参与本地生草药的种植与推广工作。
在2020年，小文Renee老师创立了Reneeshop88，这是一个专门售卖有机农产品和本地生草药的平台。Reneeshop88主要是推广有机种植及让大家重新认识和使用本地生草药。
2022年，她继续学习之旅，参与吉隆坡中医学院的中医保健常识课程，以进一步提高专业知识和技能，以更好地服务社区和传授的知识。
小文Renee老师也在Facebook创立了慢活 樂活 享受健康生活的平台。她希望让大众了解更多健康与环保的资讯。
同年，她加入了酵道孝道 马来西亚，并积极在Kongsi House 推广与种植本地生草药。除此之外，小文Renee老师也参与马来西亚环保酵素的推广。
