Parenting is caring – caring is parenting, especially in the first three years of life of babies and their parents.
Children have an incredible power to explore the world and we as parents should not hinder the discovery phase with too many prohibitions. On the other hand, children need protection and a feeling of safety, security, and well-being. They need to be protected from too many sensory impressions that they cannot process.
Safety, security, and a sense of well-being are the foundations for a strong and reliable bond between children and parents, which will enable adults to be independent and responsible in their future lives.
The seminar focuses on working with parents and infants from 4 months to 3 years of age. But the program also includes questions about parenting in a challenging time for children and adults between tradition and the new life plans of today’s generation. We also invite grandparents to gain insight into how today’s generation of parents thinks, feels and struggles.
There will be plenty of space for mothers and fathers to interact. Childcare will be provided throughout the program.
