Meet our chef:
Tai Lee Shyong was a cruise ship chef for more than 15 years and has been involved in GK Organic Farming for 16 years since he return to Malaysia in 2007. During that time, he founded Tai’s Choice Kitchen. With the brand and concept of Tai’s Choice, his intention is to share organic food and delicious plant-based cooking with the public.
